Less can sometimes be more, but in this case less is poor!

This is a design that is underwhelmingly simple that makes for unnecessarily navigational challenges. While the wood used is admittedly solid and consistent, so that does produce visual and presentational plus points.

However, while it is still just about okay to navigate, the single step is very low in relation to the single bar, making it feel like there has been a depressingly lackadaisical approach to this stile. The more eagle-eyed of you will notice the acorn in the distance, confirming this is as part of a national trail, and so within this context, this has to go down as very lacklustre effort.
